
Yuhao Wu is an Assistant Professor at Peking University Law School. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D., LL.B., and B.A. in Economics from Peking University. His research focuses on empirical legal studies, criminology, and criminal justice theory, with particular interests in sentencing, plea bargaining, and data-driven approaches to legal decision-making. Professor Wu has published over twenty peer-reviewed articles in Chinese and international journals, and his monograph Methods of Empirical Legal Analysis is forthcoming with Peking University Press. He has led and participated in major national research projects, including the National Social Science Foundation Youth Project and a National Key R&D subproject. He is active in academic service, public legal education, and international scholarly communities, including membership in the American Society of Criminology.
