Update on March 11:

PKUSSI will open the second batch of dormitory applications on March 25th, 2025 at 10:00 AM Beijing time, under the same application system. Applications for Zhongguan Xinyuan (Global Village) and Wanliu Campus dormitories will be available separately. At this point, we are unsure if there will be a third batch of dormitory reservations. For detailed information on dormitory fees, room types, and locations, please refer to this page. Due to limited availability, we may not be able to accommodate all students' requests. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to explore off-campus accommodation options as well.

Zhongguan Xinyuan (Global Village) is expected to offer three different accommodation periods:

1. From June 29th to July 26th, 2025: Open to all students, with the actual stay duration matching your course schedule.

2. From July 6th to July 26th, 2025: Only for students enrolled in four-week programs (including those who have chosen Session A + Session B or Session A&B courses). Students who have chosen this accommodation period will need to arrange their own accommodation before July 6th.

3. From July 13th to July 26th, 2025: Available to all students except those only taking Session A. The actual stay period is from July 13th to July 26th.

Wanliu Campus dormitories are open to all students, with the actual stay duration matching your course schedule.

Please note:

1. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be processed. Those who have successfully applied will receive a confirmation email.

2. We cannot accommodate special requests for dormitory preferences. If you have specific needs, we recommend considering off-campus accommodation.

3. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the differences between the two dormitories in advance and make an informed decision.

On Campus:

Accommodation is available only to students who have chosen the on-site course, and the length of the accommodation depends on the length of the on-site course chosen by the applicant,i.e. two weeks if the applicant has chosen a two-week on-site course; If the applicant chooses the four-week on-site course, the length of the stay is four weeks. 

Students can apply for on-campus accommodation at the PKU Global Village (opposite PKU east gate) for the duration of the program. Please note that vacancy is limited and on first-apply first served basis. Living on campus is not mandatory for PKUSSI students, and you can find your own off-campus accommodation.

Successful applicants will be assigned to the dormitories consisted of two or three bedrooms (one student occupies one room) with a shared living room and shared bathroom. Air-conditioning, and cable Internet are available. Please check the detail information as below.

Off-Campus: 

International students not living in on-campus housing or a hotel must, according to Chinese law, register at their local police station within 24 hours of arriving in the country. When registering, students must provide their exact address as well as a telephone number.
