PKUSSI will open the second round of Global Village dormitory applications at 10:00 AM Beijing Time on April 1. Spaces are extremely limited, and admitted students may apply via the homepage of the application system. The actual number of available beds will be shown at the time of application, and the number displayed during the earlier test phase is not accurate. We recommend that you also pay attention to off-campus accommodation at the same time, as on-campus dormitories cannot meet the needs of all applicants, and PKUSSI cannot confirm whether a third round of dormitory applications will be available.

Submitting an application does not guarantee you a dorm room. Only students who are successfully assigned a room will receive a confirmation email. Due to very limited housing availability, no room type choices or special requests can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

Planned accommodation period open for application:

On Campus:

Accommodation is available only to students who have chosen the on-site course, and the length of the accommodation depends on the length of the on-site course chosen by the applicant,i.e. two weeks if the applicant has chosen a two-week on-site course; If the applicant chooses the four-week on-site course, the length of the stay is four weeks. 

Students can apply for on-campus accommodation at the PKU Global Village (opposite PKU east gate) for the duration of the program. Please note that vacancy is very limited and on first-apply first served basis. Living on campus is not mandatory for PKUSSI students, and you can find your own off-campus accommodation.

Successful applicants will be assigned to the dormitories consisted of two or three bedrooms (one student occupies one room) with a shared living room and shared bathroom. Air-conditioning, and cable Internet are available. Please check the detail information as below.

Off-Campus: 

International students not living in on-campus housing or a hotel must, according to Chinese law, register at their local police station within 24 hours of arriving in the country. When registering, students must provide their exact address as well as a telephone number.
