I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University. My research focuses on the semantics of natural language, and its interface with pragmatics and syntax. I am currently working on Mandarin non-canonical questions and related issues such as response particles, question-embedding predicates, and speaker-oriented adverbs.
